M & T Clean Team began January 1st, 2007. Tammy had worked at a separate cleaning company for about a year and through her love of working with people, we decided to open our own Commercial Cleaning Service in York PA that Clients could grow to appreciate. Michael handles the accounting and bookkeeping end of things while Tammy has the schedule under wraps and makes certain that no client is turned away due to a conflict in timing.

There are the occasions as well that Tammy gets in the field and joins the cleaning crews. You cannot tear her away from the one on one communication she enjoys with her clients. Handling the schedules for the Residential & Commercial Cleaning clients, is actually an activity that she enjoys looking over. Making sure that every " I " is dotted and " T " is crossed.

The need for a more personal service is what sparked the team to join forces and begin their own business. The time Tammy was cleaning prior to 2007, she enjoyed it so much they knew that this was the only business choice that made sense for them. Thankfully they made the right decision, because they have a list of satisfied clients and it is growing monthly!
